The short version
Cuffwell doesn’t collect personal data. There’s no account, no server and no analytics. Your readings stay on your iPhone, and go anywhere else only when you send them.
Who we are
Cuffwell is made by Simplr Solutions (“we”, “us”). [LEGAL ENTITY NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS.] This policy covers the Cuffwell iPhone app and its pages on thesimplrsolutions.com.
What stays on your iPhone
Everything you enter is stored in Cuffwell on your iPhone: your first name and, if you add it, your year of birth; your cuff type; readings with their tags and notes; medications and doses; appointment dates; and your doctor’s name and phone number.
Like your other apps, this is included in your iPhone’s iCloud backup if you have backups turned on. We can’t see it there.
Apple Health
Connecting Apple Health is optional. If you turn it on, Cuffwell reads blood pressure and heart rate saved by your cuff’s app, and writes each reading you take back to Health. You can change this at any time in the Health app’s settings. Cuffwell never uses Health data for anything else.
What leaves your iPhone
Only what you choose to send: a doctor report, a CSV export or a backup file, and only to wherever you share it. Subscriptions go through the App Store, and we never see your payment details. Reminders are scheduled on your phone and never show your numbers on the lock screen.
What we don’t do
No location, no contacts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. We don’t sell data, and we don’t have any of yours to sell.
Deleting your data
Delete a reading in the app, or delete Cuffwell from your iPhone to remove everything it stored. Readings you wrote to Apple Health stay there until you delete them in the Health app.
Children
Cuffwell is for adults. It isn’t directed at children under 13.
Changes and contact
