Answers to the common questions, and a real person when those aren’t enough.
A single reading can be off. Two readings a minute apart, saved as their average, give a truer number. That’s what a guided session does for you.
Blood pressure runs higher right after you’ve been moving or talking. Sitting quietly first gives a reading closer to your usual level. The rest is optional, and you can skip it.
Cuffwell shows the standard home blood pressure ranges from the American College of Cardiology and American Heart Association. They’re information, not a diagnosis, so talk to your doctor about what your numbers mean for you. If a reading is very high, Cuffwell shows a safety card with what to do next.
Yes. Type the numbers from any cuff into the keypad. If your cuff’s own app saves readings to Apple Health, Cuffwell can read them from there too.
Your readings are part of your iPhone’s iCloud backup, so restoring the new phone from that backup brings them back. You can also export a backup file in Settings and import it on the new phone. If you use Apple Health, your readings are there too.
On the welcome screen, tap “Already use Cuffwell? Restore”, or go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Cuffwell. Logging stays free, and your readings are never deleted.
Delete a single reading in the app, or delete Cuffwell from your iPhone to remove everything. Nothing is kept on our servers, so there’s no account to close.
