Infinimile Privacy Policy

The short version

Infinimile doesn’t collect personal data. There’s no account, no server and no analytics. Your cars and records stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud, and go anywhere else only when you send them.

Who we are

Infinimile is made by Simplr Solutions (“we”, “us”). [LEGAL ENTITY NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS.] This policy covers the Infinimile iPhone app and its pages on thesimplrsolutions.com.

What stays on your iPhone

Everything you enter is stored in Infinimile on your iPhone: your first name; your cars with their VIN, license plate, photos and mileage; services, repairs, notes and receipt photos; tire and battery readings; and the manuals you add, with the details read from them.

Manuals are read on your iPhone, by Apple’s on-device model where available. They aren’t sent anywhere for that.

What leaves your iPhone, and only when you act

Looking up a VINThe VIN goes to the US government’s free vehicle database (NHTSA vPIC) to find the year, model and engine. Nothing else is sent.
“Find it for me” (optional)Only with your own OpenAI key, and only when you tap it: the car’s year, make and model, then the manual’s maintenance pages. Your key stays in your iPhone’s Keychain. OpenAI’s own terms apply to what you send them.
iCloud backup (optional)A backup goes to your own iCloud Drive. We can’t see it.
Sharing a car (optional)The car you share, with its records, photos and manual, goes through your iCloud to the one person you invite. Stop sharing and it’s removed from their phone.
Reports and exportsThe service history PDF or a backup file goes wherever you send it.

Subscriptions go through the App Store; we never see your payment details. Reminders are scheduled on your iPhone and never show your VIN.

When I park and Siri

When I park runs from a Shortcuts automation you set up. Your iPhone tells Infinimile you’ve left the car; Infinimile never sees where you are. Siri requests run on your iPhone.

What we don’t do

No location, no contacts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. We don’t sell data, and we don’t have any of yours to sell.

Deleting your data

Delete a car in the app (a shared car is removed from the other person’s phone too), or delete Infinimile from your iPhone to remove everything it stored. Delete your iCloud backup in Settings, your name, iCloud.

Children

Infinimile is for drivers. It isn’t directed at children under 13.

Changes and contact
